How do I access my course?

Use the Student Login link and sign in with the same email address you used when enrolling. After login, your purchased course should appear in your course library.

I enrolled, but I am not sure what to do next.

After enrollment, continue to the course login, create your password if prompted, then open the course from your library. Start with the course manual before moving through the lesson reviews.

I did not receive my login email.

Check spam, promotions, and junk folders first. If it is not there, use the Student Login link with your enrollment email or contact support with your name and enrollment email.

Why do I need to enter my license number?

Your license number helps connect your completion record to the correct Texas license. Enter it carefully so your certificate and completion log are accurate.

Why is the final exam locked at first?

The course uses a time-control step to support the required course time. Review the manual and lesson overviews, then return when the final exam is available.

When do I get my certificate?

After you complete the course requirements and pass the final exam, the certificate email is sent to the email address on your account. Keep a copy for your records.

Can I retake the final exam?

Yes. Retakes are allowed. If you do not pass, review the course manual and try again.

Is the course approval or state reporting automatic?

Do not assume approval or reporting unless it is shown in your course instructions or confirmed by Texas License Courses. Keep your certificate and follow the current requirements for your license.

How fast will support respond?

Most support requests are answered within one business day. Include your enrollment email, course name, and license number if your question is about completion records.
