Course purchases provide access to online course material, downloadable materials, lesson reviews, and any required final exam.
Because digital course access is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available after a student has opened course content, downloaded course materials, or started an exam.
Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing error, contact support as soon as possible.
Verified duplicate charges or billing mistakes may be refunded after review.
Before Course Access
If you enrolled by mistake and have not accessed the course or downloaded materials, contact support promptly.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and should include the enrollment email, student name, course name, and payment details if available.
