Course Access Policy

This policy explains the basic student access flow after enrollment.

After Enrollment

After enrolling, students may be asked to create a password or use a secure login link to access the course library.

Use the same email address used during enrollment when returning through Student Login.

Course Flow

Students should begin with the course manual, then complete the guided lesson reviews, any required attestation, and the final exam.

Some courses may include timing controls before the final exam becomes available.

Login Help

If you cannot log in, first try the Student Login page with your enrollment email.

If you still cannot access the course, contact support with your name, enrollment email, and course name.

Access Issues

Texas License Courses will help correct reasonable access issues caused by account, login, or course setup problems.

Students should not create multiple accounts with different email addresses unless support asks them to do so.
